Workrize is the recruiting team behind the jobs on this site, and the software we built to do that job well. We fill banking, sales and service roles for the companies we work with.
Our story
Before recruitment, I worked in geophysics, and then in structural QA testing. In both jobs you map things carefully, check every step, and write down what you find.
When I moved into recruiting with ColdPressery, our consultancy, I found the opposite. Hiring was spread across too many tools, and there was a lot of noise between a good candidate and the right job.
So we built Workrize, the tool our own recruiters now work in. It keeps every step of every application in one place, so a recruiter reads each one and you see its status.
