01Agreeing to these terms
Workrize is a recruitment service operated by ColdPressery (“Workrize”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and ColdPressery. By creating an account, applying to a job, sending us an enquiry or otherwise using Workrize, you agree to them and to our privacy notice. If you use Workrize for an organisation, you confirm you may agree on its behalf. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Workrize.
02Free for job seekers
Workrize never charges job seekers for jobs, interviews or offers.
Making a profile, applying, being shortlisted, interviews and offers cost you nothing. The companies we hire for pay us. If anyone asks you to pay for a job, an interview or an offer in Workrize’s name, it is not us: don’t pay, and report it.
03The service
Workrize is software, and the recruiting team that uses it, for finding, screening and calling candidates and keeping them informed. People make the decisions. Features may change, grow or be withdrawn as the product develops. We aim to give reasonable notice of changes that affect how you use it.
04Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate information, and be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
05Fair use
You agree not to:
- use Workrize for anything unlawful, discriminatory or fraudulent;
- upload candidate or employee data you are not entitled to share;
- try to disrupt Workrize, reverse-engineer it, or get into parts you are not allowed to;
- misrepresent a job, copy data in bulk, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
06Your data and candidate data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Workrize. If you add personal data about candidates or employees, you confirm you have a lawful reason to share it with us. We handle personal data as our privacy notice describes, including how a job seeker downloads or deletes their own data.
07Our name and software
Workrize, its software, design and name belong to ColdPressery. These terms let you use Workrize as intended and give you no other right to them.
08Hiring decisions
We work to keep Workrize available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Hiring decisions stay with people: Workrize supports human judgment, it does not replace it. We are not responsible for the outcome of any single hiring decision.
09Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, ColdPressery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from your use of Workrize. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10Ending your use
You can stop using Workrize at any time; a job seeker can delete their account from their profile. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or to protect Workrize or the people using it. When access ends, your right to use Workrize ends too; the parts of these terms meant to last (such as ownership and liability) still apply.
11Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Questions about them: write to operations@coldpressery.in.
