Question pools

The platform-wide question pool and its categories.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

The question pool keeps recruitment consistent: it standardizes what candidates are asked across every vacancy.

The question pool

Select Questions in the sidebar to manage the platform-wide pool of screening and assessment questions. Vacancies draw their candidate questions from this pool, so candidates are asked consistent, reusable questions instead of ad-hoc ones.

Each question carries a title, a short tile title, and an optional tooltip that clarifies the question for the candidate.

Categories

Under Questions, select Categories to organize the pool. Categories group related questions — for example, by skill area or by role family — which keeps a growing pool manageable and makes the right question findable when a vacancy is set up.

In the question form, Category is a searchable list: type part of a category's name to find it, however many categories there are. For a Culture-fit question, the Organization field is searchable the same way.

Searching the pool

Type in Search questions to find a question by any column: its title, tile title or tooltip, its category, a target category (for example "Tele Sales"), its type ("General", "Culture-fit") or its answer type ("Multiselect", "Number"). Matching ignores capitals, works on part of a word, and updates as you type. The search works together with any column filters; clearing it keeps your filters.

Tip: Before adding a new question, search the pool for an existing one. Duplicate questions fragment your screening data across variants of the same thing.
