For line managers

Track your team and candidates

The team dashboard and candidate process tracking.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

As a line manager, you work with the same recruitment tools as your recruiters — plus a Team view that shows you the recruiters you supervise and how their work is progressing.

Your workspace

Your sidebar mirrors a recruiter's, with more under Insights and one extra group:

  • Today — your landing page: the team's pending actions and your own action queue.
  • Recruitment — the same Vacancies, Applications, and Candidates views recruiters use. Everything in the recruiter guides applies to you as well.
  • Insights — your team's numbers: Productivity, Client delivery, Candidates & assessments, Calling, Targets, Calls and Working day.
  • Team — your team view and your clients, which recruiters do not have.

Track your team

Select Team in the sidebar to see the recruiters you manage. The team view is where you answer the supervision questions: who is carrying how many candidates, where work is piling up, and which recruiters need support.

The list shows ten recruiters a page by default; change it with Rows per page (10, 25, 50 or 100) below the list. Use the filter icon on Name or Email to find a recruiter, and select a column heading to sort by it: the first click sorts A to Z, the second Z to A, and the third returns the original order.

From the team view, follow through into individual candidates and applications to see the detail behind the numbers.

Callbacks your team owes

The Callbacks column on Team shows, for each recruiter, how many callbacks are overdue and how many are due today.

Who needs help: Productivity

Productivity in the sidebar has a scorecard with one row per recruiter on your team.

  • Columns: dials, connect rate, screens, submissions, interviews, joiners, the share of calls with no logged outcome, Stale now and Callbacks overdue now. The last two are as of today; every other column covers the period you choose. Every count opens the records behind it.
  • Red with ⚠ marks a number below your team's range (under its 25th percentile). Red appears only when 4 or more of your recruiters logged in during the period, and never in a recruiter's first 2 weeks.
  • Workrize recruiters / Client-side recruiters switches the page to the client users who moved your team's applications.
  • Below the scorecard:
    • each recruiter's targets for the period;
    • Busy or productive (dials against submissions);
    • Workload now (active applications by stage);
    • Ramp-up for anyone who joined in the last 12 weeks.

Your team's calling

Calling in the sidebar shows your team's calls (yours and your recruiters'): callbacks overdue and due today, the calling funnel from dials to screens, handle time, the best hours to call, each caller number's connect rate, and each recruiter's call outcomes. It also shows your team's occupancy (time on calls and wrap-up, of time Working, on calls or in wrap-up) and how often someone stayed Working for over an hour with no call. Every number opens the calls, or the recruiters, behind it. Filter by call outcome, caller number, hour, weekday, or first attempt and follow-up.

Your team's candidates and tests

Candidates & assessments in the sidebar shows where your team's candidates are short of demand: pool health, the untouched pool, supply against demand by category, and a category × city heatmap. A cell below 3 active candidates per open position is red and opens those candidates. It also shows how your team's online tests are going: the funnel from invited to passed, the score spread, whether passing leads to more offers, and which questions candidates leave unanswered.

Your daily email

At 08:00 (India time), Monday to Saturday, you get an email about your team's previous working day (Monday's covers Saturday). It has:

  • the team's totals, then the recruiters below their team's usual range, then everyone, with dials, connect rate, screens, submissions, interviews and joiners;
  • your callbacks due;
  • a link to Productivity for the same day.

The numbers are the same as that page's. The table is attached as an Excel file whose first row states the day. An empty day still sends, and says so.

Targets for your team

Targets in the sidebar has two parts.

  • Set targets: pick a month and enter screens, submissions and joiners for each recruiter on your team, then select Save.
    • Leave a box empty for "No target".
    • Your own targets are set by an admin.
    • Once a month has ended, its targets are read-only.
  • Progress: each recruiter's work so far against their targets, for this month unless you change the period.
    • Targets are prorated by calendar days. Halfway through October, a target of 40 screens reads as about 20.
    • Without a target it reads No target, never 0%.

Targets help plan the team's work; they are not used for incentives.

Your team's working day

Working day (under Insights) shows one day for you or for a recruiter on your team.

  • It is a single bar of Working, On call, Wrap-up, Break and Offline.
  • Below it are the time in each state and every change in order.
  • Pick the person and the day at the top.
  • You can't open the day of someone outside your team, and there is no live wallboard.

Admins open anyone's day from Analytics → Working day.

Assign recruiters to vacancies

In Vacancies, select Recruiters on a vacancy to see who is working it. Choose Assign a recruiter to add someone from your team, or remove them with the cross. Each assignment shows when it started and who made it, and earlier assignments stay listed under Show earlier assignments. Assigning someone does not change what they can see; it tells you, and them, who is working which vacancy.

In Analytics, under Recruiters, Open vacancies per recruiter shows how many open vacancies each of your recruiters holds, and Time to first contact on assigned vacancies shows how quickly they first call an applicant after being assigned.

Your clients

Select Clients in the sidebar to see the client organisations you are account manager for, with their industry and status. My clients is on when the page opens. Narrow the list by Industry or Status from the column headers.

Client delivery in the sidebar scores each client:

  • open positions, fill rate, time to submit and to fill, submission → interview, and the client's response time;
  • what needs attention is red with ⚠;
  • select a client's name to see its vacancies on Vacancies & pipeline;
  • the Account manager filter shows only your clients.

Track candidates across the team

You see the candidates and applications your team works on, not only your own: every application of a candidate whose lead you or one of your recruiters own, whoever referred it. If a candidate's lead moves to another team, their applications move with it. Your Applications list and your analytics count the same applications. That means you can:

  • Open any team candidate's process view to check status, remarks, and history.
  • Step in on a stalled candidate — for example, one sitting in Callback or Application follow-up for too long.
  • Review how applications are progressing through interview stages across the team.

Seeing a candidate is not the same as changing their application. You can change an application's status, or approve or reject its stages, only when you own the candidate's lead yourself. For a candidate one of your recruiters owns, the recruiter (or an admin) makes the change. See Who can change an application in Work with jobs and applications.

Your Candidates list has the same filters and sorting as a recruiter's, including Age, Gender, Salary, Last updated, Last Updated (Coldpressery), Last call and Assessment score — see Source and filter candidates.

Tip: Candidate statuses are your early-warning system. A healthy pipeline keeps moving — recurring clusters in the same status usually point to a process problem, not a people problem.

Tags

Tags label candidates so a group can be found again. They are separate from Category Tags and change nothing about who owns a candidate.

  • Shared tags are seen by everyone who can see a tagged candidate; admins use them to mark batches they want worked. You see them on your team's candidates — your team's share of the batch, not the whole batch — and can filter by them; you can change or remove only the shared tags you created.
  • Personal tags are your own. Only you and admins can see them; your recruiters do not, and you do not see theirs.

Create tags under Recruitment → Tags and choose Who can see it: Personal (the default) or Shared; Edit switches a tag you created between the two, and its candidates keep it. Add tags from the Candidates list or a candidate's profile.

Use the Tags column filter to show one batch, and the View All / View Only Personal switch beside the filters to choose which tags that filter offers: your personal tags (the default), or the tags you created plus the shared tags on your team's candidates.

When someone adds a shared tag to your team's candidates, the recruiter who owns them is notified. A candidate can carry at most 50 tags. The full guide is in the recruiter documentation.
