Getting started
Sign in and accounts
Sign-up and login paths for each role, and password reset.
Last updated: 13 June 2026
Workrize uses a secure hosted sign-in form. Each role has its own sign-in page so that you land in the right workspace after authenticating.
Sign-in pages by role
| Role | Sign in at | Sign up at |
|---|---|---|
| Candidate | /auth/candidate/login | /auth/candidate/signup |
| Client | /auth/client/login | /auth/client/signup |
| Recruiter | /auth/recruiter/login | Created by an administrator |
| Administrator | /auth/admin/login | Created by an administrator |
A general sign-in page is also available at /auth/login. If your role doesn't have a dedicated page — for example, line manager or staff — use the general page.
Who can sign up themselves
- Candidates can create their own account at
/auth/candidate/signup, then complete their profile and start applying. - Clients can create their own account at
/auth/client/signup, then set up their organization. - Recruiters, line managers, and staff cannot self-register. An administrator provisions these accounts and assigns the role from the admin Users area.
Tip: Sign in through the page that matches your role. If you use a different role's page, you are redirected based on the role on your account, but starting from the right page avoids confusion.
Reset your password
Password reset is handled on the sign-in form itself.
Open your role's sign-in page
For example, candidates go to
/auth/candidate/login.Select the forgot password link
The sign-in form includes a link to reset your password below the password field.
Follow the email instructions
You receive a message at your registered email address with a code or link to set a new password.
If you can't sign in
- Confirm you are on the sign-in page for your role (see the table above).
- Reset your password from the sign-in form if you are unsure of it.
- If your account was created for you (recruiter, line manager, staff, administrator), check that you are using the email address it was registered with, and contact your administrator if it still fails.
- Client organization members who were invited by email should accept the invitation from that email before attempting to sign in.
