Track your applications
Application statuses and what each one means.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Every application you submit is tracked in one place, so you always know where you stand without chasing anyone for an update.
Where to find your applications
Your Dashboard lists your applications with their current status. Select an application to open its detail view, which shows the role, the organization, and the history of the application so far.
My Applications in the sidebar lists every application you have made, newest first, 10 to a page. The total is shown above the list, and page numbers underneath take you to older applications.
What the statuses mean
An application moves through broad phases. The exact wording you see can vary by role and organization, but each status falls into one of these phases:
| Phase | What it means |
|---|---|
| Under review | The employer has your application and is reviewing your profile and CV. |
| Interview | You are being scheduled for, or have completed, an interview. Feedback may still be pending. |
| On hold | The employer has paused this application — for example, the position is temporarily on hold. This is not a rejection. |
| Offer | You have been selected, and the offer or documentation stage is in progress. |
| Joined | You have accepted and joined the organization. |
| Closed | The application did not move forward — for example, the role was filled or withdrawn. |
While you wait
- Keep your CV and profile current — see Complete your profile.
- Watch your email and the Notifications bell. When you apply, we email you to confirm we've received it, and we email you again each time your application moves on, showing where it stands (for example Under review, Interview to be scheduled or Offer made).
- You get one update each time your application's status changes, in plain words. If you applied yourself, that is the only notice you get for the change, even when the team moves several applications at once.
- You can apply to other open roles at any time; one application does not block another.
