For recruiters

Use the recruiter dashboard

What each dashboard widget tells you.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The recruiter dashboard is your starting point each day: it summarizes the candidates and applications you are responsible for, so you can see at a glance where your attention is needed.

Open the dashboard

Select Today in the sidebar. It is the first item in your navigation and your landing page when you sign in.

What you see

The dashboard shows Needs your action: the things waiting on you. Use it to decide what to work on, then jump into the detailed views from the Recruitment section of the sidebar: Vacancies, Applications, and Candidates.

My numbers

My numbers in the sidebar (also linked from the dashboard) shows how your day is going:

  • Right now: your callbacks (Overdue and Due today) and your stale applications (no status change for 7 days).
  • The period: your screens, submissions and joiners against your target, each with your team median for comparison. No other recruiter's name or numbers are shown.

Every number opens the records behind it.

Tip: Numbers reflect your assignments. If a count looks wrong, check whether candidates are still unassigned or assigned to someone else — see Source and filter candidates.

Your targets

My targets in the sidebar shows the monthly targets your line manager set: screens, submissions and joiners.

  • Progress shows your work so far against them, for this month unless you change the period. Targets are prorated by calendar days.
  • A metric with no target reads No target.

Only you, your line manager and admins see your targets. They are not used for incentives.

Your daily email

At 08:00 (India time), Monday to Saturday, you get an email about your previous working day (Monday's covers Saturday):

  • your own dials, connect rate, screens, submissions, interviews and joiners;
  • your callbacks overdue and due today;
  • a link to My numbers for the same day.

The same numbers are attached as an Excel file, whose first row states the day. On a day with no calls or progress, the email still arrives and says nothing needs action. Nobody else's numbers are ever in your email.
